How to do the test

Seated, elbow bent at 90°, squeeze as hard as you can for 3 seconds. Do 3 tries per hand and enter your single best (kg or lb).

Grip norms assume the best single squeeze from either hand on a hand-size-adjusted dynamometer, seated, elbow at 90°. Bathroom-scale tricks and spring grippers aren't comparable.
